At RVDLuxury, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing time may vary slightly during high-volume launches or event weekends.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Buffalo, New York via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on package weight and destination.

RVDLuxury is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or stolen packages once marked “Delivered.”
Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout to ensure accurate delivery.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for customers in the Buffalo / Western New York area.

Select “Local Pickup” at checkout to waive shipping fees.

You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup (typically within 24 hours after processing).

Pickup location details and scheduling instructions will be included in your ready-for-pickup email.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at rvdluxury@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve any issues.
